Booking a Companion to Your London Hotel: How Outcall Works
Outcall to a hotel is one of the most common ways to book. Visitors to London, people in town for a few days of meetings and Londoners who simply prefer a neutral place all book this way. It is straightforward, but hotels have their own rules, and a few minutes of preparation makes the difference between a relaxed start and an awkward ten minutes at reception.
This guide explains what we need from you, how the visit itself works and what it costs.
What to tell us when you book
Call or WhatsApp 07502 952 167 and have these ready:
- The companion you would like to see, or a short description so we can suggest someone available.
- The hotel name and its area, there are several hotels with similar names in London, so the street or nearest station helps.
- Your room number, or confirmation that you will meet her in the lobby.
- The name the room is booked under, in case reception calls up.
- The start time and the length of the booking. Outcall bookings start at one hour.
We confirm availability and an arrival time. If you are still in a meeting or on a train when you book, that is fine, just send the room number as soon as you have checked in.
Hotel visitor rules: check yours first
Every hotel handles visitors differently, and it is worth knowing which kind you are in before the doorbell problem becomes your problem.
- Key-card lifts. Many London hotels only let the lift move with a room key. If yours does, plan to meet her in the lobby and go up together.
- Visitor registration. Some hotels ask every guest after a certain hour to be registered or to leave a name at the desk. If so, a quick call to reception beforehand saves any delay.
- Serviced apartments and short lets often have a building door code or a concierge. Send us the exact entrance, the main door is not always the one on the booking site.
Our companions are used to hotel visits and will arrive dressed for the setting, so a lobby meeting looks like what it is: two people meeting for the evening.
Timing and travel
Most companions have their own flat in West or Central London. Paddington, Bayswater and Mayfair are the bases, and travel to you from there. Hotels in those areas, or in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington and the West End, are the quickest to reach.
Further east, in the City or at Canary Wharf, outcall is still possible, but allow more notice: a cross-town journey at rush hour can take the best part of an hour, and taxi costs may be added for longer distances. Ask about any travel charge when you book, so the total is clear before she sets off.
For the best choice, book a day or two ahead. Same-evening bookings are often possible but not guaranteed, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
On a business trip
Many hotel bookings come from people in London for work. A few things they tell us help:
- Book around your diary, not against it. If a client dinner may overrun, choose a later start rather than asking her to wait.
- A dinner date is a separate booking type. If you would like company at a restaurant first, a three-hour dinner date is usually better value than stacking single hours.
- Colleagues in the same hotel? Meeting in the lobby of a nearby hotel bar, or choosing incall at her flat, keeps things separate from work.
What outcall costs
Each companion sets her own rates, and they are shown on her profile and on the rates page. For most companions the one-hour outcall rate is £50 more than incall, to cover travel within Central London. Thirty-minute bookings are incall only.
Payment is by cash or card. If you are paying cash, have the agreed amount ready in an envelope at the start of the booking so the money is dealt with quickly and nobody has to bring it up later.
Privacy
We only ask for what we need to arrange the visit: the hotel, the room and a name, and we do not share it. If the room is not booked in your name, tell us which name to give at reception.
If your plans change, let us know as early as you can. She may already be on her way, and an early message lets us free up her evening; a no-answer at the door helps nobody.
Choosing a companion
Browse the gallery for everyone currently available, or start from your hotel’s area, Paddington, Mayfair, Knightsbridge or Kensington, to see who is based closest. Not sure who to pick? Tell us the hotel and the time, and we will suggest who can reach you.
